Established in 1987, Utah Eye Centers is a multispecialty ophthalmic and optometric practice with 17 providers across 5 locations along the Wasatch Front. We are a growing, well-established practice offering a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Optometrist who is eager to build a rewarding career.
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented, patient-focused Optometrist (OD) to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, an interest in the business side of optometry, and proficiency in full-scope clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose and assist in managing ocular disease
- Prescribe corrective lenses and vision therapies
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
- Educate and counsel patients on vision health and treatment options
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records, including diagnoses and treatment plans
