Associate Optometrist: Salt Lake City, UT

An associate is needed as soon as possible for a busy private practice in Salt Lake City. The associate will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, including the management of diabetes, glaucoma, dry eye, and macular degeneration, as well as surgical co-management and specialty contact lenses. The daily volume typically includes up to fifteen comprehensive exams, in addition to contact lens evaluations, medical checks, and post-operative visits.

Sugar House Vision practices to the full extent of the optometric scope. Our facility is equipped with Humphrey Visual Field, Optovue OCT, OPD-3 AR/Topography, NCT, iCare, Eidon Fundus Camera, and a radio frequency machine.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
