Our team of experienced ophthalmologists specializes in refractive surgery (LASIK & ICL), cataract and lens replacement surgery, glaucoma management, dry eye treatment, and specialty contact lenses. We are a patient-first practice built on clinical excellence and genuine teamwork

We are seeking a passionate, driven, full-time optometrist to join our practice and play a central role in not only our surgical co-management, but also help care for our existing patients in with routine and medical exams.

What you will do:
-Co-manage LASIK, ICL, and refractive lens exchange (RLE) patients pre- and
post-operatively
-Provide surgical co-management for premium cataract procedures, including toric
and multifocal IOLs and Light Adjustable Lenses.
-Deliver comprehensive primary eye care and medical optometry
-Collaborate with our ophthalmology team to ensure seamless patient journeys
-Help shape the continued growth of our practice and patient experience

What we are looking for
-Active Utah optometry license (or eligible for licensure)
-Genuine interest in surgical co-management and refractive care
-Passion for outstanding patient experience and clinical excellence
-Drive, curiosity, and a team-first mentality
-Strong communication skills with patients and colleagues alike
-Experience in co-management is a plus — enthusiasm is a must
