Thank you so much for your interest in being one of our 2026 UOA Exhibitors! We are thrilled and excited to offer some additional packages and sponsorship opportunities this year. The exhibit hall setup will begin on Friday morning. The exhibit hall times are Friday, June 5 from 1:30 to 4 pm and Saturday, June 6 from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you need a 2026 W9 or more details for submitting please contact us. An email with more details will be sent both from the UOA and Modern Display soon with more details about the event.
Golf: Do you want to golf with our doctor Thursday morning? We would love to have you! Here is a link to sign up and golf with the doctors on Thursday morning.

Mini Booth Package: Cost will be $1,000 for a mini 8x4 booth until April 1, after that the price will increase to $1,500. The booth does not have electricity. See instructions below on how to order electricity. This booth package includes 2 representatives, your company name on a sign at the booth, and an emailed list of attendees sent prior to the conference. Please include a list of your attendees on your registration or email the list to the UOA at uoa@utaheyedoc.org.
