Summer Fill-In OD (June and July)

You need a vacation!  I have multiple days in June and July that I can provide your clinic with OD coverage.  I am comfortable in most any setting (refractive, medical, contacts, etc.) and willing to discuss my daily rate depending on setting, staff support, and expected patient load.  I live in Northern Utah but any location in Utah will be considered.
