Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Job description:
Join a collaborative, full-scope private practice in beautiful Eastern Washington / North-Central Idaho. Earn up to $200K, enjoy no evenings or weekends, and work with a supportive team that values balance and autonomy.

About the Area:
Moscow and Pullman are neighboring university towns, home to Washington State University and the University of Idaho, offering Division I athletics, excellent schools, and housing costs 20–40% below major metro areas. Outdoor recreation is minutes away, and Spokane International Airport is just 90 minutes from both or clinics.
Responsibilities / Clinical Scope:
- Full-scope optometry including primary eye care, ocular disease, urgent care, and specialty contact lenses
- Surgical co-management
- Freedom to develop focus areas such as dry eye or myopia management
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Eligible for Washington and Idaho licensure (we assist with dual licensing)
- Open to new graduates and experienced ODs
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
