Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

About the Area:

Moscow and Pullman are neighboring university towns, home to Washington State University and the University of Idaho, offering Division I athletics, excellent schools, and housing costs 20–40% below major metro areas. Outdoor recreation is minutes away, and Spokane International Airport is just 90 minutes from both or clinics.

Responsibilities / Clinical Scope:

  • Full-scope optometry including primary eye care, ocular disease, urgent care, and specialty contact lenses
  • Surgical co-management
  • Freedom to develop focus areas such as dry eye or myopia management

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Eligible for Washington and Idaho licensure (we assist with dual licensing)
  • Open to new graduates and experienced ODs
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
