Immediate fill-in needed at South Jordan Costco

Looking for immediate fill-in help due to a recent injury. Full days would be great, but I am willing to book some half days if necessary. Our regular hours are 10 am -6 pm. Looking for help on Wed, July 1st; Fri, July 2nd; Tues, July 7th; Wed, July 8th; and Sat, July 11th (9 am-5 pm).

We have a Nidek auto-ref that integrates with our EHR. Optos images are included with every comprehensive exam. An assistant will perform pre-testing. Exams will be spaced at thirty-minute intervals. 

I am also looking to hire someone long-term. This is a great way to try out our office if you are interested in a more permanent position.
