Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities
We are searching for a talented OD to join our growing practice! Candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, interest in learning the business and be competent in full-scope optometric care. Your regular duties will include:
-Perform comprehensive eye exams
-Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
-Prescribe corrective lenses
-Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
-Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
-Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary with a base of $150,000 plus incentives ( averaging an additional 20k) as well as benefits including:
