Experienced Medical OD Looking for Work 11/21

An experienced medical optometrist with good interpersonal skills seeks to contribute to your organization's success through exceptional patient care, network building, and modern treatments. I have 12 yrs of experience as an optometrist and am looking for full or part-time work. If you are offering part time, then I would need at least 1 day per week.

I have 6.5 yrs of experience working at a referral center with ophthalmology, so I have a good background in eye disease treatment, post-op care, and working well with referring doctors. The other 6 yrs were spent working in Primary Care Optometry, which I also greatly enjoy. At the referral center, I helped increase referrals by frequently meeting with regional ODs, organizing CE meetings, writing newsletters and sending out countless email updates to our referring doctors.

I have received several awards for leadership and service to my community. I would be happy to share the details of these through phone calls, emails, or just my CV.
