Full-Time Optometrist - Ownership Track | Syracuse

We are an independent, doctor-led group with an established practice in Ogden and launching a new location in Syracuse. As we expand, we are looking to hire a full-time optometrist who wants more than just a clinical position. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to lead, grow, and potentially invest in the future of a patient-centered network where doctors set the vision and direction.

The group is led by Dr. Jodie Johnson, an experienced optometrist known for his thoughtful approach to patient care and mentorship. You will also be supported by an MBA-trained business partner focused on operations and long-term growth. Both locations are structured to prioritize quality care over quotas, and you will have a voice in key decisions, including equipment and clinical setup, especially at the new Syracuse office.

Locations: Ogden and Syracuse, Utah

Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, no weekends
