2024 Exhibitor Registration for the UOA Annual Congress

Thank you so much for your interest in being one of our 2024 UOA Exhibitors! We are thrilled and excited to offer some additional packages and sponsorship opportunities this year. The exhibit hall setup will begin on Thursday, June 6th at 1pm, you may either set up that afternoon or Friday morning. The exhibit hall times are Friday, June 7 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm and Saturday, June 8th from 10 am to 12:30 pm. If you need a 2024 W9 or more details for submitting please contact us. An email with more details will be sent both from the UOA and Modern Display in May with more details about the event.

Also, we would love to invite you to sponsor a golf hole as well. Please contact us at uoa@utayeyedoc.org if you're interested in sponsoring a golf hole at the tournament. Spots are limited.

Basic Booth Package: Cost will be $975 until May 13, after that the price will increase $125 to $1100, The booth space is an 8 by 10 booth for the June UOA conference at the Zermatt. The booth does not have electricity. Please contact us if you'd like to pay an additional fee to add electricity at your booth. This booth package includes 2 representatives, your company name on a sign at the booth, and an emailed marketing flyer sent before or post-conference attendees. Please include a list of your attendees on your registration or email the list to the UOA at uoa@utaheyedoc.org.
