Routine Optometry Services

The Utah State Hospital, an intermediate care public psychiatric facility for the State of Utah, in Provo, is seeking routine optometry services for our patient population. We have an optometry clinic on our state of the art campus in a medical clinics building. Patients range from youth to geriatric. The clinic was previously held approximately twice per month, about 3 hours per day, serving around 7-10 patients each time, and is flexible, and addressed routine exams, testing, and preventive services, with outside referral for more complicated issues.
