Optometrist Needed at Murray Costco

I am moving out of town and looking for someone to replace me as a subcontractor at the Murray Costco. 30-40 hours a week are available with great flexibility for vacations, etc. You make 70% of the exam totals for your patients, which could be over $150,000 a year. New equipment including Marco/Nidek, Optos, and a straightforward EMR. I have really enjoyed working there and the staff is great.
