Graduate Looking for work this summer 2/1/19

My name is Jacob Hansen and, as a native of Utah, I look forward to coming back there to work!  I am finishing my fourth year at The University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (UIWRSO) in Texas.  I will graduate this May and should be available in Mid-June for work opportunities.  During my internships I had experience working with an ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery including pre- and post-op care.  I also interned in Louisiana in a private practice with an extremely diverse patient base and various ocular diseases.  The optometrists there were also certified in various ocular laser surgeries such as YAG capsulotomies, LPIs, and SLTs that I was able to participate in.  The types of practices I am most interested in are family or primary care.  I am also open to working with an OD-friendly ophthalmologist.  In addition, I am interested in learning more about RGPs and specialty contact lenses.  Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting great Utah doctors in the coming months!
