This is a great deal for anyone who recently took the surgical course. I have a 2015 like new Ellman Pelleve' unit. I purchased the Cynosure Tempsure so am no longer needing the Pelleve unit. Used units sell for $7,000-$8,000  The Pelleve' has all the RF cut and coag capability  and in addition has the skin tightening handle that can be used for meibomian gland therapy. The skin tightening/wrinkle reduction probably doesn't work as good as the marketing material says  But its a win-win at this price.

Introducing the Ellman Pellevé Radiosurgical Generator, using radio frequency technology for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening treatments. The Ellman Pellevé uses radio frequency technology to warm the skin deep beneath the surface. Delivering radio frequency energy to the delicate areas of the face is a non-invasive treatments.
