***Update and Cancelation for 2020***
Good Afternoon Members of the UOA and Exhibitors,
 We hope you had a great weekend! We are sad to announce that, due to the current pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, we will be canceling our June 2020 UOA Annual Congress and Convention. This comes after consideration of all options and we have found it best to cancel the function all together. Our plan right now is to hold a pared down version of our annual meeting at our free MEGA CE/Annual Congress at the end of August. As you can imagine coming to this decision has been very hard as we know our doctors rely on this event to obtain your CE and get caught up with your peers. Both the board and the Education Committee has made it their priority to make sure everyone can receive their 30 hours before the end of September. Remember in Utah all of your hours can be online as long as they are ARBO COPE approved. Here are some options if you need to get more hours before Sept:
Michigan has kindly offered to give any state association 75% of a Doctor’s registration fee for their online ARBO approved CE at the end of May. This is very generous of them and will help us in Utah as well as give doctors who need online credits an at home opportunity. If you want more details please contact Alyssa.
Our MEGA CE is set for August 29th and 30th. We will be doing a combination of both local speakers as well as some guest lectures both Saturday and Sunday. We also plan to have our Annual meeting during this time as well. 
The following weekend on Labor Day September 4th and 5th we will hold the St George Conference. This is usually 6 hours of CE and we are hoping to add more hours, our only dilemma is limited seating and attendance.
GWCO is September 17-20th in Portland. Utah is a GWCO state and receives money back for each attendee from Utah. We would like to offer to any doctor who is a member of the association a reimbursement of half of your early registration fees to attend this event. 
We are still looking at ways we can promote our amazing exhibitors who support our convention as well as education possibilities for our Paras. Please be patient as we get more details on these upcoming events.

Sponsorship for the UOA for 2020 UOA Convention:
Thank you so much for your interest in being one of our 2020 UOA Exhibitors! We are thrilled and excited to be offering some additional packages and sponsorship opportunities this year. If you have questions or need more details on any of these packages please feel free to call or text the association at 801-364-9103. The exhibit hall set up will begin on Thursday June 11th at 1pm, you may either set up that afternoon or Friday morning. The exhibit hall times are Friday June 12 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm and Saturday June 13th from 10 am to 12:30 pm.If you need a W9 or more details for submitting please contact us. An email with more details will be sent both from the UOA and Modern Display once online registration is complete. We will also have additional sponsorship opportunities at our golf tournament which is Thursday mornings and would also like to invite you to consider golfing yourself. Basic Booth Package: Cost will be $925 until May 15th after that the price will increase $125 to $1050, The booth space is an 8 by 10 booth that includes draping, table, garbage can and two chairs for the June UOA conference at the Zermatt.

Gold Booth Package: Cost will be $3000 and will include one 8 by 10 booth at the June Conference at the Zermatt, as well as a high top table outside of the doctors area during the education. Includes a hightop table at our St. George conference also five minutes presenting time to the doctors during St. George Conference and the Zermatt June conference. Also half page ad in our booklet given to attendees at the Zermatt Conference. Limited to 10 spots.

Platinum Sponsorship: A customized sponsorship package that includes sponsorship for a meal or event and presentation time during that time. Full artistic control in decision making for food choices, decorations, etc. Full cost of meal and any additions is expected to be covered. The UOA board does get a choice in agreeing to this customized sponsorship.  Booth cost will be reduced to $725 for this sponsorship. One-page ad in the booklet handed to all attendees as well as a half page ad promotion of the meal or event. Because of the presentation time during the event you cannot do either the silver or gold booth package as well. Starting price is $3,000. Please contact the UOA.
