The purpose of this course will be to briefly review the main types of esotropia along with their evaluation and treatment. Characteristics of these main causes will be compared to less common causes that may have systemic health characteristics and require more urgent evaluation.
Dr. Michael Bullard
Dr. Bullard was born and raised in Davis County, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in biomedical engineering in 2005. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 2009. He then relocated to the University of Michigan where he completed his ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. He currently practices at the Utah Eye Centers at their Ogden and Bountiful locations.
