Title: Office Manager
Broadway Eye Clinic provides quality individualized patient eyecare. We are searching for the right individual to lead our caring, educated and professional staff as office manager.  The Office Manager is responsible for all office operations including appointment scheduling, billing, coding and collections, medical records maintenance, office policies and procedures, staff hiring and training, and keeping the office clean and organized.  The Office Manager works closely with the owner to ensure all roles and duties are completed with excellence in the eye clinic.
Skills required of the Office Manager include:
  1. Extremely efficient, organized and resourceful
  2. Must be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
  3. Great interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities
  4. Strong decision making skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Attention to detail with appropriate follow-through
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  8. Knowledge of Officemate/ExamWriter
Employee must have a high school diploma with some college. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical clinic or optometric/optical position, where knowledge of optical testing procedures and optical dispensing is highly preferred. Must have experience interacting with patients, as well as administrative or office experience with 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
