2017 Annual Congress

Welcome and thank you for visiting the UOA 2017 Congress web page! We are thrilled to be offering a wonderful, dynamic convention this year at the beautiful Zermatt Resort in Midway Utah. We have many wonderful events planned such as our annual Golf Tournament, multi-track options for both Doctors and Para Optometrics and new opportunities to attend classes as a full staff.

All registration will be completed online this year. If you are in need of assistance with this, please contact Alyssa at 801-364-9103. We have kept our registration prices from 2014 and have added additional CE to make the event 23 hours of CE. Please see more details below.

There are rooms blocked at the Zermatt at special pricing for the Utah Optometric Association attendees. Room prices begin at $130 and can vary up to $342 depending on the number of suites or villas. Please keep in mind there will also be additional taxes on these costs. You may call the Zermatt at 1-866-937-6288 to secure your reservations prior to May 1st. After that date, the prices will be increasing.

2016 Utah Optometric Association Annual Congress Registration Prices
UOA Member Registration:        $385.00 (before May 15th)        $435.00 (after May 15th)        $450 (on site)

 AOA Member :                              $485.00 (before May 15th)    $535.00 (after May 15th)          $550 (on site)

Non UOA/AOA Member:            $625.00 (before May 15th)        $675.00 (after May 15th)        $725 (on site)

Para Optometric                         $165 (before May 15th)            $175.00 (after May 15th)        $200 (on site)

Spouse                                        $40.00 (before May 15th)        $60.00 (after May 15th)            $80 (on site)

Junior Delegates (ages 5-16 years old)       $35.00 each (before May 15th)    $45.00 after May 15th    $65 (on site)'

All Doctor registration, both member and non-members, include entrance to all events both educational and sponsored receptions. All workshops are reserved seating with the additional fee. One box lunch to the exhibit hall on Saturday and your family invited to the carnival Saturday evening.

Para Optometric registration includes entrance to all para optometric schedule and installation lunch and exhibit hall box lunch ticket. You are also welcome to any of the UOA events through out the weekend please let Alyssa know if you will be attending.

Spouse registration includes entrance to all sponsored receptions and the exhibit hall box lunch. Also invited to the carnival Saturday evening.

Junior Delegate registration includes entrance to the exhibit hall including a box lunch. The family carnival is free to children of registered doctors, the junior delegate is for if your child would like lunch with the exhibit hall.
